Goal setting is great and something we should all practice.

However, in order to envision the achievement of our end goal, we must first have clarity.

Defining purpose and intention should always be the first step.

Without a strong foundation, it’s impossible to build a tower.

Without clarity, it’s impossible to have great vision.

Therefore, seek clarity before you do anything.

Ask yourself, “What am I trying to portray in this work project and/or presentation?”

“What’s the purpose of this workout? To build strength, stamina, improve my skills, etc.”

Ask me, “Ryan, why is this treatment/exercise a part of my routine? What’s the benefit?”

Achieving clarity allows us to focus wholeheartedly on the the process of achieving our goals.

Without it, we risk the unwanted side effect of getting lost along the way.
